Who We Serve

Sourcewise Senior Employment Services operates the Senior Community Services Employment Program for Santa Clara County.

To qualify for this program, participants must:

  • Be 55 years of age or older.
  • Meet the household low income guidelines (no more than 125% over the federal poverty level).
  • Be a legal resident with the ability to work in the United States.
  • Be a resident of Santa Clara County.
  • Be unemployed and able to work.

Sourcewise Senior Employment Services provides qualified low income seniors with employment experience and training. We have partnered with local organizations to provide on-the-job and/or classroom training to assist seniors in developing contemporary skills and work experience to facilitate their transition to permanent employment opportunities.

Senior Employment Services works within a network of community resources. If we are unable to accept you into our program, we will connect you to local employment resources such as America’s Job Center of CaliforniaSM (AJCC) which is coordinated by the Department of Labor's Employment and Training Administration at www.americasjobcenter.ca.gov.

Community Resource Specialists are available to help Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., excluding national holidays.  If you are interested in participating in Senior Employment Services, please contact us by phone at (408) 350-3200, option 5.
